Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record and handles payments for our subscription services. Paddle may gather and process billing and payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Third-party services may be used for hosting, analytics, infrastructure and customer support. They may have access to personal data only to the extent needed to perform the services. They are required to protect such information.
When you connect an AI assistant through MCP, you choose one company and accept the permissions for the connection. The AI assistant can receive business records and files needed for the actions you authorize. The AI provider processes the information received in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.
We store authorization information, hashed access credentials, client app information and operation records to provide access, identify the creation source of business records and troubleshoot service issues. We distinguish application names reported by clients from verified identities. We don't infer which AI model you use.
You can cancel a connection in the AI connections section in your account. Cancelling the connection will prevent further access through this connection. Of course all the documents stored in your account will continue to be available as per normal account settings.
The anonymous MCP page takes the business, customer and line-item information that you enter and uses it to generate a temporary PDF. Temporary files will be kept for 24 hours, and download links are valid for 1 hour. Sign-in is needed to save a preview, and the saved invoice belongs to the company you choose. Generating a preview does not send it to the customer by email.
